Lovell Johns is a leading independent UK provider of Mapping and GIS Services and Solutions, established in 1965.

From our offices near Oxford, we specialize in cartographic design of printed maps and digital mapping products; mapping software products and solutions for markets in the UK and abroad.

The business has four closely linked business streams:

  • End-to-end Cartographic Services based on the processing of spatial data in the cartographic and GIS environments to support a wide range of individual commissions and long-term contracts
  • GIS services encompassing data capture, data processing and application development to support our map making activities, also GI software, systems integration and database build and design
  • GIS Software Products and Applications using Open Source and proprietary software
  • Online Consumer and Business printed maps and digital map data sales, including an extensive range of Reference and Thematic copyrighted maps

We provide solutions for all sizes of organisations, from one-off commissions for small organisations through to project management of large contracts for SMEs and larger enterprises.
