Yes, i can confirm that i am requesting a copy of the file listed below, it does not need to be a paper copy - it can be sent to me electronically.

I confirm that Ordnance Survey does not hold the information you have requested.

Advice and Assistance

Any trig files still retained by OS are held in our off-site storage facility. We have checked extensively our off-site storage and we no longer hold a copy of the trig file OS 69/5959 you have requested.

The Internal Review Officer will not have been involved in the original decision.
